De mis favoritos, el sabor es riquísimo autentico café, tengo tomándolo 3 semanas y mis uñas están mas fuertes, mi cabello también, tengo la condición de hipotiroidismo, entre los malestares era la caída de cabello y uñas quebradizas. además de sequedad de la piel. Estoy realmente sorprendida con los resultados.
